Slovenia's capital and largest city also happens to be one of Europe's greenest and most liveable capitals.

Ljubljana is known for its university population and green spaces, including the expansive Tivoli Park. The curving Ljubljanica River, which is lined by outdoor cafes, restaurants and pubs divides the city’s old town from its commercial hub.
